Classic Nutella Cake

This incredible Nutella cake is made with chocolate hazelnut cake layers, frosted with Nutella buttercream, and topped with chocolate ganache.

Ingredients :

  • 200g flour
  • 150 g of sugar
  • 150g melted butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 150 g of Nutella (or more, depending on your preferences!)

Preparation :

  1. Preheat your oven to  180°C  (thermostat 6).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar and baking powder.
  3. Add the eggs one by one, mixing well between each addition.
  4. Incorporate the melted butter and continue mixing until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
  5. Pour half of the batter into a buttered and floured cake pan.
  6. Spread the Nutella over the dough.
  7. Cover with the rest of the dough.
  8. Bake for about  30 minutes  until the cake is golden brown.
  9. Let cool before unmolding.

Serve this delicious Nutella cake with a cup of coffee or tea! Enjoy your food !
